Fecal Retention in Cystic Fibrosis

In the July, 1964, issue of Pediatrics, (34: 72), Snyder et al. published a report of fecal retention in children with cystic fibrosis. According to Snyder only 19 cases of this entity have been reported up to now. For that reason it might be of some interest to add another case to the series. This case was admitted to our clinic shortly after we had received our July copy of Pediatrics, a remarkable coincidence.
