Emotional Problems of Adolescents

FELIX P. HEALD M.D.

This book discusses some of the common emotional problems of adolescents. There is no attempt or intent on the part of the authors to create a textbook for the serious professional student. Instead, the authors have taken some of the common problems encountered with this age group and which are familiar to those who come in frequent contact with adolescents such as parents, teachers, counselors or physicians. These behavioral crises are examined in a manner which enables the non-professional person to achieve some degree of understanding of the particular symptom or behavioral problem under discussion.
