Human Foetal and Neonatal Circulation

ARTHUR J. MOSS M.D.

This excellent monograph consists of two main portions. The first is devoted to an erudite description of the human circulation in utero and is replete with illustrative diagrams and neatly reproduced angiocardiograms. The angiocardiograms, obtained in living human fetuses as early as 14-weeks gestation, enable the reader to clearly visualize the course of blood flow in the fetal heart and great vessels.

The second part of the volume is devoted mainly to the circulatory adjustments which occur after birth.
