Pediatric Diagnosis

MARY DANIEL AMES

The second edition of Pediatric Diagnosis has continued the basic format of the first edition, adding several new chapters on more symptoms. As with the first, the second edition continues to be a combination of a differential diagnostic and general textbook, based on classroom lectures on pediatrics. It is, therefore, more useful as a symptom reference rather than a background reference. The additions and revisions in the second edition mirror the changes in the general approach to pediatric practice in the past decade.
