Behavior and Development from 5 to 12

E. H. WATSON M.D.

This very readable book attempts, rather successfully, to present the child's reactions to what is happening to him under the influence of home, peers, school, and all other cultural forces. It supplements texts on growth and development which are written by physicians, or by psychologists or psychiatrists, in which the "specialist" viewpoint predominates. At the same time there is no lack of references to good source material, so that the book is also a reference work.
