RICHARD W. BLUMBERG M.D.1, ISAAC RUCHMAN PH.D.1, and RALPH J. JOHANSMANN M.D.1

1 The Children's Hospital Research Foundation and the Departments of Pediatrics, Bacteriology and Pathology, College of Medicine, University of Cincinnati, Cincinnati, Ohio.

A case of systemic infection with Histoplasma capsulatum with recovery is reported. The organisms were recovered from the blood, bone marrow, and liver. No specific therapy was administered.
