Junior Speaks Up

HUGH MCCULLOCH

Noteworthy for its style of presentation in the form of characters, speaking somewhat as those in an Elizabethan play or movie. Terse, crisp, pungent erudite discussions in dialogue of common problems concerning a growing child. The author is to be congratulated on the introduction of "Shadow" a character foil for "Junior" to reason out his own thinking and approach to these problems. It is here that the author shows his skill in opening up a child's mental processes and probable reactions, reflexes and response to the many environmental influences that are thrown, thrust and imposed on him.
