A SIMPLE SOLVENT-PARTITION METHOD FOR MEASUREMENT OF FREE AND CONJUGATED BILIRUBIN IN SERUM

Walter R. Eberlein M.D.1

1 Children's Hospital of Philadelphia, and Department of Pediatrics, School of Medicine, University of Pennsylvania

Experience with the method has demonstrated its empirical value in the routine study of jaundice in infants and children. The limitations of the method are emphasized.
