THE EFFECT OF RUBEOLA ON TUBERCULOSIS UNDER ANTIMICROBIAL THERAPY

I. Primary Pulmonary Tuberculosis Treated with Isoniazid

Measles is generally considered to be a cause of worsening of tuberculous disease. In 12 children with primary pulmonary tuberculosis, who received isoniazid immediately after detection of measles or were already under treatment with isoniazid, intercurrent measles appeared to exert no deleterious effect on the tuberculous disease.
