OCCURRENCE OF ANEMIA AND POLYCYTHEMIA IN PHENOTYPICALLY DISSIMILAR SINGLE-OVUM HUMAN TWINS

Four sets of phenotypically dissimilar, apparently identical human twins are presented. In each set, among other differences, one twin was anemic, the other polycythemic. Cause, therapy, and certain speculations as to occurrence and severity are discussed.
