Pediatric Allergy

The general pediatrician who does not generally read the journals devoted to allergy will find it helpful to consult this critical review of the literature of the past 3 years concerning pediatric allergy. The review covers contributions on the basic principles of allergy as well as on all the major groups of allergic disorders. Particular attention is given to the use of adrenocorticosteroids in therapy. Hypersensitivity to drugs and vaccines and the psychiatric aspects of allergic disturbances are also discussed.
