Herzkrankheiten Im Sauglingsalter

This book from the clinic of Professor Guido Fanconi at Zurich is an analysis of the clinical and pathological findings in 760 cases of heart disease in infancy seen in 2 clinics for children. The author has emphasized those conditions which led bed to the finding of large hearts in this age period, but other types of cardiac disease encountered have been included as well. In each instance, there is presented a description of the clinical and laboratory findings along with the gross and microscopic pathology.
