Prematurity, Congenital Malformation and Birth Injury

This book presents in summary form the results of investigations of a large number of scientists interested in premature births, congenital malformation and birth injury. These results were presented at a conference held in June of 1952 and sponsored by the Association For The Aid of Crippled Children. The work of editing the papers and the comments made on them by other investigators has been well done, making reading easy and interesting even for those unfamiliar with these special subjects. The book will be of particular interest to all those who wish to keep abreast of the advances being made in this vital field.
