New edition after four years. Numerous minor changes have been made including the addition of summaries to all chapters. This makes for convenience in rapid reference. The author has adhered to his purpose of the first edition in presenting only essential information with no attempt to be exhaustive. An extensive bibliography should help meet this requirement.
